With the exception of mobile vendors, permits are not transferable from owner to owner or from one location to another. Food permits will not be issued until all fees - including the late fee - are received. If an application for renewal of a food permit is not received by the department within 30 days after its due date, a late fee not exceeding $100 must be paid in addition to the food permit fee before the department may issue the food permit.
